Ethnographic filmmaking

The Bachelor course “Ethnographic Filmmaking” focussed on the application of theoretical knowledge gained through the course “Introduction to Visual Anthropology”. Students created short ethnographic films in a setting of their choice in teams of three. The five resulting films were presented at a public screening at the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology in April 2025.
